Pros of working at Capstone

Getting away from a toxic work environment.

Cons of working at Capstone

The layoffs are extremely high, almost on a yearly basis. Successful, this company is not. There is no competitive salary, employees are hired for base pay and stay there. Bonuses are little more than a tease. The culture is really toxic, managers use subordinates to do the work while the same managers are applauded for work someone lower did.

Capstone benefits

I want to say work/life balance, but even that was joke. The editors are allowed to come and go as they please, accurate reliable work be damned. Non-editors are sometimes told to work extra with no increase in pay or hours worked. There are still hourly employees, poorly paid.
