The Security Supervisor (Captain) reports to the security management team and will supervise security officers at State Farm Arena. This is a part-time, non-union, hourly position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Event Security
Uphold the Security Department's Prime Directives, most importantly our mission to take reasonable steps to protect the safety and security of our venues' guests, employees, and assets with respect towards everyone's dignity and legal rights.
Resolve escalated security situations, providing appropriate warnings and complete ejections/arrests if warranted/necessary.
Ensure enforcement and compliance with the venue's Event Policies at all times.
Assist with directional and informational inquiries.
Serve as the escalation point for complaints/issues.
Appropriately document all major/minor incidents.
Represent State Farm Arena and the Security Department in an exemplary manner.
Apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems in order to successfully perform and direct varied & complex tasks.
Perform a variety of duties often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure.
Staff Supervision
Deploy staff for events. Assign appropriate shifts, breaks, and necessary equipment.
Train staff in basic guest service and security skills.
Actively monitor staff interactions with State Farm Arena venue guests, clients, artists/athletes, and employees at all events to ensure a safe, secure, comfortable entertainment experience for all.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff. Serve as mentor/coach to all Security employees.
Provide timely, appropriate feedback to staff on performance, both positive and corrective.
Effectively communicate escalated employee issues to Security Management Team.
Administer appropriate performance reviews, counseling, and disciplinary documentation as needed to ensure compliance with State Farm Arena company/department policies.
Exhibit the ability to accept responsibility for the performance & conduct of the entire security team assigned to the deployment.

GRNMS operates and maintains a newly built 52' aluminum catamaran research vessel,
R5202
, and a 36' rigid hull inflatable boat, R3601. The vessels support the sanctuary and partner organization scientific research and long-term monitoring activities, resource protection activities (e.g., mapping, habitat characterization, marine debris, invasive species, response), and education and outreach activities as well as assisting with local emergency response situations. The vessels support activities including Scuba diving, glider and ROV deployment, and deploying and retrieving instruments from the sanctuary and along the South Atlantic Bight, from inshore to offshore waters generally not exceeding 100 miles or 200 meters in depth. Missions may require extended transit and temporary mooring from Cape Hatteras, NC, to Cape Canaveral, FL.
CPC is looking for a boat captain with experience with missions in the field of marine sciences. Our ideal candidate will not only be a capable boat handler but also experienced in the maintenance of small boats.
Tasks
The services and tasks require flexible schedules. This means weekday and potential weekend work, long days not normally to exceed 12 hours beginning early morning with irregular meal periods, and planned multi-day missions (returning to homeport, other ports or protected waters) with infrequent overnight operations
Piloting, maintenance, and upkeep of vessels and marine facilities on an as needed basis while serving as crew.
Assisting the Superintendent and VOC in maintaining a marine operations budget and financial ledger of expenditures and obligations for all vessels and marine facilities.

We're hiring AirMed Aircraft dispatchers that are responsible for planning and monitoring safe and efficient flight operations. All aspects of trip planning and logistics are created, monitored and disseminated to flight crews by dispatch. AirMed dispatchers are full time employees who hold FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certificates. Aircraft Dispatchers report directly to the Lead Aircraft Dispatcher and the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
* Safe, legal and timely planning of all flight legs.
* Considers all legal requirements, such as duty and flight time limitations, in creating the flight plans and itinerary.
* Verifies all available fuel payment options in order to maximize profitability.
* Monitors weather conditions both en route and at each of the planned stops for acceptability as the trips progress.
* Reserves and briefs flight crew on logistical requirements such as airline reservations and hotels on flights requiring more than one flight crew.
* Secures all over flight and operating permissions.
* Supplies all customs documents to crew and coordinates all customs activities with the arriving port officers.
* Checks all trip manifests against the latest TSA eSecure system information.
* Builds the trip flight packets presented to the captains and reviews the details specific to the individual flights.
* Checks performance information for arrivals and departures when high altitude and temperatures may cause limitations.
* Maintain/renew operating permits.
* Process and ensure compliance with all TSA employee and passenger vetting requirements.
* Research international locations as needed.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Skilled in reading and writing English.
* Capacity to communicate clearly on the radio and telephone.
* Ability to record, transmit, and report information accurately.
* Able to efficiently utilize all equipment assigned to him or her.
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsible for assisting the Naturalist and the Lead Hunting and Fishing Guide by creating a positive, personalized outdoor experience through fishing / shooting sports, and naturalist activities for the members and guests of the Club. Duties and responsibilities
Contributes design ideas for implementing year-round programs, trips and tournaments for fishing (inshore, offshore and fly) and shooting (clay, wing and bow) opportunities for members, families and guests.
Assist the Lead Hunting and Fishing Guide in coordinating and overseeing all fish stocking activities in community lakes, bi-annual census of fish population and related management of fish in in community lakes.
Assist the Naturalist with wildlife management and wildlife habitats including controlling the populations of white-tailed deer and wild pigs (cull, trap and remove) and facilitate the removal of nuisance reptiles as required.
Maintain and oversee care for all the ODP assets including but not limited to facility, boats, marina, fishing rod/reels, guns, ammunition, store, inventory, community wildlife, etc.
Assist fishing activities and clinics for members and guests and accompanies members and guests on hunting and fishing trips when appropriate.
Assist the Naturalist with programming consistent with member expectation (i.e. kids' camp, off-site tours, wildlife husbandry, etc.).
Provide timely photographs of fishing clinics, relevant outdoor events and outings for the newsletter.
Attend weekly team meetings and report information as it relates to Outdoor Pursuits.
Oversees the marina shop and work in conjunction with other staff members to ensure that sales, merchandise, and other administrative tasks are handled accordingly.
Maintain schedules for captains related to different activities.
Ensures that all members, guests, and co-workers are treated in a friendly and respectful manner in accordance with the standards of excellence of The Ford Field and River Club.
Completes all other relevant job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years guided fishing experience in the coastal region.
Must be able to acquire all licenses required by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and United States Coast Guard.
Captains License issued by State of Georgia (Preferred).
Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Working conditions
Predominantly works in outdoor environment and harsh weather conditions. Irregular hours, weekend and holiday work required with occasional evenings.
Physical requirements

**Responsibilities**
LOCATION: Vessel departs and returns from Fairhope, Alabama (Baldwin County). Due to the mission requirements for this task order, ONLY local Baldwin County residents capable of responding/arriving to assigned dock location in a timely manner will be considered.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Monitors preparation of vessel and equipment.
+ Ensures safe and effective operation of the vessel.
Bowhead Marine Support Services is seeking part time on call Captains to support ship readiness and operations for the US Coast Guard's Aviation Training Center (ATC). The ATC's mission is to train and produce mission-ready aircrews and develop aviation capabilities. Involves shipboard operations, rigging for helicopter operations, and deck seamanship. Bowhead operates the M/V Andale'. classified as a 32' high speed landing craft used in "special missions" supporting Homeland Security waterway operations. The Andale' has two missions that you would support, tactical boat maneuvers and aerial delivery recovery. This is an opportunity to serve and support the training and development of a pilot's skills in tactical maneuvering and search and rescue.
Captains essential duties:
Safety of crew and vessel.
+ Ensures safety equipment is utilized and appropriate guidelines are followed for all tasks involving physical risk or hazardous materials.
+ Knowledge of shipboard safety procedures and use of all firefighting and safety equipment, highly desired.

**Qualifications**
+ USCG Merchant Marine Master's license 100 ton or greater, required. Plus TWIC card.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating twin outboard powered vessels greater than 30 feet in length required.
+ Local resident of Baldwin County preferred due to location of vessels and mission activity.
+ Military experience preferred. Coast Guard or Navy experience highly desired.
+ General PC knowledge required including; spreadsheet software, word processing software and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
+ Individual should have stability under pressure and have the ability to withstand the stresses associated with the job's physical demands, potentially hazardous situations, and unpredictable weather.
