Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices
Perform duties of up to 14 hours per day, often crossing multiple time zones and navigating drastically different weather conditions
As part of your rotation, you will have a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will also be available for overnight trips, spending several days and nights away from home in hotels
This aircraft is based in Salt Lake City, UT. To commute for this position, you must reside in the Central, Midwest, or Western U.S., near an airport with daily direct flights to SLC
Qualifications:
Must be current and qualified in the GV series
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class
Minimum 5000 hours total flight time, including:
1000 PIC hours in the G450/550 and/or GV
3000 hours as PIC
2000 hours multi
1500 hours jet
Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary:
This long-established corporate flight department operates a Global 7500. This Flight Department operates part 91 /135 with domestic flying as well as international. Ensure that the flight is conducted in complete compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations and policies and procedures
Institute all necessary changes as required by en route conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate company policies, procedures and rules
Responsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with industry and company standards Possess exclusive and final authority as to whether or not the aircraft shall proceed to any destination or undertake any flight. The pilot shall not be overruled by any passenger or executive, nor disciplined for his decision having to do with weather, mechanical condition of the aircraft, or other hazards, and has the final authority on all decisions relating to the operation of the aircraft.
Exercise primary responsibility for the initiation, continuation, diversion, and termination of all flights in compliance with the provisions of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and this Flight Operations Manual. Here is what you will be doing each day:
Supervise banquet staff in the completion of the assigned functions and set-up, as well as oversee the service and break-down functions in a safe manner.
Check server and houseperson banquet event orders to ensure that all information is accurate.
Check room set-up to see that banquet event order directions are completely followed. Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean.
Make contact with group representatives. Explain how to make contact if needed throughout the function.
Communicate all banquet event order changes to catering or convention services office and affected departments.
Coordinate with banquet staff set-ups, changes and time schedules for all functions.
Verify staffing levels for the next day's functions. Adjust schedules accordingly through the addition or cancellation of servers/bartender/housepersons.
Operate as a banquet server when needed; setting-up, greeting and serving the guest and breaking-down the function.
Inspect banquet areas at end of function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean.
Post all banquet checks at end of day and turn in to Night Audit
