Participate in internal coordination meetings and occasional site observations. Review and process RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals to maintain project quality and timelines. Quality Assurance Conduct thorough checks of drawings-yours and others-to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist junior team members with technical questions and contribute to continuous improvement across teams. Required skills and experience Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or closely related field). 3-5 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with retail project exposure. Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment. Technical Proficiency Strong skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit (roles may be CAD-focused, Revit-focused, or hybrid depending on the candidate). Familiarity with construction documentation, detailing, and building codes. Bluebeam or other standard architectural software experience preferred. The Senior Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Swagelok-owned aircraft while providing the highest levels of customer service to passengers. The Senior Captain reports directly to the Aviation Operations Manager and has the final authority in the operation of the aircraft to ensure compliance with all domestic and foreign regulations that affect the flight and compliance with all policies and procedures specified in the company flight operations manual. In addition to flight duties, the Senior Captain will be expected to manage and assist others with Flight Operations support programs and projects. Time spent on travel may be up to 50%. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or second-in-command (SIC) of a Gulfstream G600 and G280. + Provide the highest levels of adaptive and conscientious customer service to passengers. + Participate and contribute to the growth of Flight Operation's Safety Management System (SMS). + Supervise other crewmembers in duties necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the company aircraft. + Delegate passenger and customer service responsibilities to other flight crew members. + Establish crew member assignments, duties and tasks. + Monitor crew member performance while in flight. + Ensure that preflight and postflight inspections/duties are completed properly to include aircraft movement/security, aircraft cleanliness, and restocking necessary provisions/catering/safety/passenger comfort items. + Analyze weather conditions at destination, enroute, alternate airports and departure points. + Review and calculate fuel requirements, performance, and weight and balance. + Ensure all flight plans, flight logs and briefing packets are properly prepared and complete. + Use company and aircraft manufacturer checklists. + Make decisions necessary to start, delay, cancel, deviate flights from the planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate. + Comply with schedules, and other directives governing the aircraft's operation. + Collaborate with company aircraft scheduler and other crewmembers to determine trip logistics. + Communicate aircraft issues with the maintenance technicians. + Maintain regulatory and company training currency and competency in all assigned aircraft. + Attend training and enrichment courses as required. + Manage and participate in Flight Operations administrative programs and projects. **Position Requirements:** FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license, type rating in the Gulfstream G600 and/or G280 (with 500 hours in either type preferred), 2500 hours total time, 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command, 1000 hours turbine, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, current U.S. passport, current U.S. driver's license, COVID-19 vaccination and no restrictions on international travel, International Flight Procedures training. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience at Five Iron Golf. * Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings; present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and use upselling techniques. * Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. * Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately. * Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked. * Ensure the bar, golf simulators, and surrounding areas are clean and guest-ready. * Develop fresh ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions. * Take pride in ensuring guests' enjoyment by actively checking in with them during their visit and promptly addressing any concerns. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology, products, and promotions. * Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness. * Verify guests' legal drinking age. * Assist with closing duties as needed. * Provide an elevated event experience by leading on-site execution, including guest greetings, space preparation, issue resolution, and financial closing. * Ensure positive customer experiences and successful delivery of contracted services for events. * Manage simulators and event spaces according to contract requirements. * Oversee event timelines to ensure organized and timely activities. * Train and coordinate with staff in various roles to provide a premium event experience. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food meets customer expectations. * Purchase and manage event-related inventory. * Support the Event Sales Manager with administrative tasks. * Attend weekly meetings to review banquet event orders. * Provide feedback to the Sales team to enhance return business. * Collaborate with stakeholders to create additional events and experiences for Five Iron customers. * Contribute ideas for improving event experiences and increasing revenue. Required Qualifications: * Prior experience in managing and/or coordinating events. * Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required. * Passion for golf and an understanding of the game's rules are strongly encouraged. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * A customer-centric approach with the ability to upsell. * Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional organizational skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location. * Meet state minimum age to bartend.
