    We are seeking 2-3 skilled Job Captains to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in REVIT and be capable of successfully executing project deliverables. This role involves preparing construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements. The Job Captain will work closely with the Project Manager and the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities * Prepare and coordinate construction documents with minimal oversight while aligning with AHJ submittal requirements, including Entitlements Submittals, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. * Collaborate with the Project Manager or Project Manager in the development of a project work plan. * Assist in coordinating drawings with consultants (structural, civil, MEP, landscape, etc.). * Implement redlines and follow directions from the Project Architect or Project Manager. * Maintain drawing accuracy, quality, and consistency across project sets. * Coordinate with the internal team on the development of drawing documentation. * Ensure quality and regulatory compliance of drawings and adherence to client requirements. Essential Skills * 3+ years of experience producing construction documents, preferably in Type V Construction. * Proficiency in BIM/Revit. * Knowledge of building systems, codes, and materials. * Ability to follow firm standards and procedures in the preparation of documentation. * Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Clear verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications * 5+ years of experience for Job Captain roles. * Strong knowledge of construction methods. * Proficient understanding of building systems. * Experience with commercial and multi-family projects. * Strong skills in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Sketchup. * Experience with construction administration and drafting.
