As Senior Job Captain at HPI, you are a key member of the technical team involved in the Design Development and Construction Documents phases of projects. Responsibilities include support of the Project Architect through the production of Design Development and Construction Documents submissions that are well-drawn both technically and graphically as well as clear, well-coordinated, and complete. By applying your technical, problem-solving, software and graphics skills you will assist in the completion of high-quality, technical design solutions, drawings, specifications, and Revit models that meet the standards and expectations of the firm and our clients. This role requires that you take on a direct role in providing technical solutions for major components of the project, working directly with the Project Architect. You will also assist the Project Architect in leadership of the Job Captain(s) as well as consultants on the project. Teach youth water, boating and paddle craft safety. Be a positive role model and mentor to youth participants. Enforce appropriate student-discipline procedures. Communicate thoroughly and effectively with other program staff and Lead Instructors.
