    INTRODUCTION The Part-121 ATR Captain will conduct safe, efficient, compliant and professional flight services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safely maneuver the aircraft during all phases of flight; monitor all flight conditions including weather and cargo safety, and verify go/no-go decision; verify fuel requirements and related weather variables and ensure proper loading; make alternate destination decisions when the intended destination is unavailable. Maintain command of all situations as they arise due to unexpected circumstances during the flight; ensure proper communication with stations, towers, flight controllers and dispatchers during the flight; file all reports required by the FAA and report any unusual aircraft behavior or performance to dispatch or maintenance personnel; properly record flight-hours in conjunction with Dispatch and adhere to FAA rest requirements and company directives. Supervise and evaluate staff; maintain familiarity and knowledge of applicable changes in regulations and procedures concerning the safe operation of all company aircraft; maintain thorough knowledge of all applicable policies, procedures, manuals, handbooks and protocol; serve as a positive, constructive and communicative leader for the company and its customers. Review company bulletins and other correspondence on a daily basis, including emails and voicemails; submit all transmittals, expense reports and other company documents/correspondence in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with policy and procedures. This operation consists of 12 coffee break stations, 29 guest room floor pantries, and six management offices spread out over four buildings. Status: Full-Time Availability: Full Availability, Tentative Date: March 2026 Payrate: $21.80 per hour Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist in overseeing the operation all coffee break stations, pantries and management offices across campus to ensure all guests needs are met and standards are upheld. Ensure daily inventory sheets are up-to-date, place orders and receive product, and ensure all product is of high quality for our guests. Schedule monthly meetings ensuring all necessary information is being relayed to the staff. Coordinate daily Pre-shift meetings and communicate plans for coffee breaks and pantries for each day, utilizing break reports and event reports. Provide feedback on opportunities regarding coffee breaks and pantries. Conduct monthly inventory of all coffee breaks, panties and management offices. Training staff on the standards and tasks that the coffee break and pantry attendants are responsible for. Monitor Peer Trainer activities and check on new associate training. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a departmental trainer or supervisor preferred. Experience in the hospitality industry required. F&B Coffee Break, Pantry or Banquet experience desirable. Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Microsoft Teams and OneNote experience are desirable.
