Execute consistent processes to assure favorable customer and associate experiences. Drive and park vehicles. Stage customer vehicles for maintenance and/or repair. Execute courtesy car wash services to Premier customers. Pick up and deliver customers (shuttle) as instructed by the manager. Retrieve completed vehicles for customer delivery post repair. Monitor, maintain and freshen washrooms, lounge, café, and facility. Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results. Other duties as assigned. Efficient use of software, technology, and data-entry. POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is an entry level position with avenues forward as a technician or Service Salesperson. Hours may vary daily to meet business demands. Typical full-time schedules run 7 to 8 hours five or six days a week. Typical part-time schedules 4 to 8 hours six days a week.
