Hello , Our Company is currently in need of several new remote work from home agents with the following experience: Telemarketing Sales Appointment Setting Technical Support Customer Service / Retention Project Management If you have any experience in any of these catagories ( WE do require at least 6 months experience) Please forward your resume or if no resume please reply with a letter of interest with the position that you would like to be considered for. Once we receive your resume we will send you the requirements for testing your computer system. A USB Headset is required . Once your requirements are established, we will then proceed with the next steps in our hiring process which consists of : Typing test ( Must at least be able to type 22 wpm ) Voice Test and Test Call Background Check (No Felonies in the past 5 years ) Once these are completed then you will be schedule for our New Agent Orientation and then move on to a 3-5 day training class on the project that you will be placed on. Most of our projects are Monday thru Friday but we do have a couple of projects that operate 24/7. All of our agents are 1099 Independent Contractors which means that you would be responsible for your own taxes at the end of the year. Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments. Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.
