The Lot Technician is responsible for managing the flow, organization, and condition of vehicles on the company lot. This role ensures vehicles are properly received, tracked, staged, exercised, and prepared for production or customer delivery. The Lot Technician plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, keeping the lot organized and safe, and ensuring vehicles remain in good operating condition while on site. This position requires attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Receiving & Release Receive incoming vehicles and verify VINs, condition, and paperwork.
