This position requires physical work, outdoors, to clean out repossessed vehicles. You will be responsible for documenting, storing, and disposing of property found within the vehicles at various stages such as:
Verify that all vehicles secured the night before are on the lot and windows are marked with last six of the VIN, client, key status, and drivable status
Take and upload photos of all vehicles brought to the lot from the previous night.
Review lot inventory and schedule/arrange any vehicles that need to be delivered.
Clean out ALL personal property from all units, detailed inventory in computer application and store in boxes marked with the proper identification
Monitor the property area and remove outdated property
Communicate with internal team members
Background check is required due to the nature of the position
Performing this work is made easier with our mobile app.

As a Lot Tech / Inventory Manager, you will:
Maintain clean inventory by washing lot vehicles
Inspect new and existing inventory for damage
Maintain, organize, and reorganize inventory lot as needed
Replenish front line vehicles as needed
Insure all new and used vehicles are priced and ready to sell
Assist in other duties such as dealer trades, customer service, etc. as needed
Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications:
Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day
Flexible schedule and able to work nights and weekends
Has physical ability to drive and park all automobiles (automatic and standard transmission)
Pass a drug screening to ensure a safe and winning team
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
