What you will do - Essential Responsibilities Operating a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries. In most states, an additional driver's license, endorsement, or certification is not necessary. See qualifications and requirements for more details Load, transport and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations to ensure the right vehicle is in the right place at the right time for our CarMax teams and customers Facilitate the completion of Home Delivery transactions Interact with customers, other associates and team members to provide outstanding internal and external customer service. Perform a brief and guided condition verification for vehicles being transported to a CarMax location Verify that all vehicles meet CarMax's cosmetic standards before being delivered to a customer. Comply with applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements and CarMax policies related to the operation of a commercial vehicle, including but not limited to thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and hours-of-service requirements Be part of the team that's driving up standards We're setting new standards for the auto industry, and that includes the challenges and rewards offered at CarMax. This fulfilled Bob's dream of saying "None Bigger, None Better." He was also joined in the business by his three sons, thus fulfilling another of his dreams to build a successful family business. In 2002 Bob opened his flagship dealership in Cranston, RI. The Client Specialist is responsible for partnering with the store leader to achieve store sales and maximize profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation of company policies. The Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI's; partnering with the store leader to develop and support business driving strategies inclusive of analyzing available sales reports and data. Partner with the store leader to propose events/incentives that will continue to grow the customer base, with particular emphasis on building the local market. Ambitious; proactively seek to exceed/achieve customer expectations to secure an annual $1 million book. Act as a Brand ambassador; an expert in product and craftsmanship. Partner with the SSC CRM team to curate and produce client lists to ensure Tulip Influenced Sales. Continuously seek to enhance customer journey, provide expert knowledge of brand history, product and Theory for Good commitments. Manage client databases; ensure the team maintains constant client communication through utilizing their clienteling tools. Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively. Partner with SSC to drive VOS initiatives i.e. GWP & retail event marketing. Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to proactively contact clientele with the intent to sell in a way that is relevant, timely and meaningful. Actively participate in community/store activities. The Essentials: 5-7 years of proven experience of working in a similar position ideally for a premium or luxury brand. Mandarin Chinese language fluency strongly preferred KPI focused, experience of driving sales to meet or exceed commercial targets. Dynamic interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written. Highly- motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to confidently make and suggest solutions, driving change where appropriate. Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability. Computer skills to operate a point of sale system, experience with teamwork is a plus. Demonstrable experience of partnering with corporate stakeholders such as Buying and Merchandising, Communications, HR, and Finance. Demonstrable customer management experience, able to drive clienteling initiatives and customer experiences to meet commercial expectations. Working knowledge of (list computer programs we use and spreadsheets).
