Summary: As a Junior Program Manager (SAP), you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP projects under the direction of the SAP Program Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong foundation in project management methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and an eagerness to grow within the SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities: Support the SAP Program Manager in coordinating and monitoring the execution of SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects. Assist in project planning activities including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Track project milestones and deliverables, prepare status reports, and help manage project documentation. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including business units, technical teams, and external vendors. Organize and schedule project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning. Monitor and support change management activities related to SAP projects. Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance frameworks, and best practices in project execution. Maintain and update project tracking tools, including timelines, risk logs, and issue trackers. Participate in testing and training coordination for SAP modules, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management, ideally in an IT or ERP environment. Bilingual proficiency in English/Mandarin is strongly preferred. Familiarity with SAP systems and modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD). Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. PMP, CAPM, or SAP-related certifications are a plus. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive motions. In a store, technicians will be expected to provide service to store customers in Tool Rental which includes writing customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs, checking to make sure tool is operating properly and demonstrating its proper use (as needed). In addition to supporting customer repair needs, they are also responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment in the tool rental department. In non-store locations, technicians will ensure units are repaired, tested for the quality of the repair and cleaned prior to returning to the store where the repair originated. Technicians must have a thorough knowledge of all tools and must effectively manage the tool inventory by maintaining the tools and repairing them as necessary.

Measure lie & loft angles, club height, weight & shaft flex, and make adjustments based on customer needs. Repair broken clubheads and changing golf club shafts and grips. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of golf club-making and repair techniques, product features and their benefits. Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes. Operate general phone systems and basic computer applications. Requirements: Demonstrate knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system; operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. Demonstrate working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, Internet and order processing systems. Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching and kneeling and lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds at any given time.
