+ Assist the CSF Props Supervisor in the production and maintenance of all stage properties for a four-show repertory season.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership who is responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as the Manager on Duty. Area Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the Store, supervising Associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment. * Understands that safety is the number one priority and practices safe behaviors in everything they do.

* Responsible for merchandising of department including the back stock.

* Responsible for floor moves and signing including promotional signing as needed.
* Responsible for re-wraps as needed.
Loss Prevention:
* Understands and complies with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program and is responsible for Store Loss Prevention which includes maintaining a large Customer service presence on the sales floor, Customer and Associate engagement and heightened Loss Prevention awareness.
* As a representative of Ross Leadership, demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information and merchandise.
* Ensures Public View Monitor (PVM) system is maintained properly.
* Conducts "Code 50" package inspections.
* Executes all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
Front End Supervision and Operations:
* Executes all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and extra touches when working. Ensures Associates are executing to Company standards at the Front End.
* Maintains pace, energy and "presence" at the Front End, managing the line to expedite Customers wait time
* Trains and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies and other Front End procedures. To meet friendly and productivity standards.
* Controls Retail Associates' break schedule for backups, lunches and breaks.
* Ensures all equipment is working properly.

* Ensures go backs are expedited, properly scanned, security tagged and ticketed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overall safety, security, and operation of the facility. Works under stressful conditions. Promotes responsible and pro-social behavior throughout the facility.
WORK HOURS: 12 hour shifts; 5:30 am-5:30 pm or 5:30 pm-5:30 am; evenings and weekends required; Subject to mandated overtime; 84 hour alternating biweekly schedule; Volunteer overtime opportunities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work involves a significant amount of standing, walking, sitting, talking, listening, and reaching with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have ability to operate office equipment. Must be sufficiently ambulatory to complete and conduct necessary security protocol.
QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Responsibilities

Collects shift productivity information and records it in the plant's data management system.
Serves as the liaison between the plant superintendents and the production staff.

Working Conditions
Continuous 24/7 plant operation with 12 Hour Straight Shift (open to night shifts when required), as well as off-shift call-in requirements when needed. Regular exposure to a variety of temperatures and prevailing weather conditions; regular exposure to gases, vapors, dust, odors and flammable liquids; occasional exposure to areas with wet floors and high volume of noise. Heavy lifting of manufacturing materials and products is required. Position will require regular stair climbing and extended periods of walking and standing to access and occasionally work in remote areas of the plant, heights and confined spaces.
