Getting "laid off" so I didn't have to quit, so I could find a real professional job. The $100 per month for snacks for a few months,this kept everyone working through lunch instead of a $400-$500/ mo. raise for the average positions salary. Favorite perk is watching these idiots business becoming the joke of their industry.

Nothing at all. They are a dishonest, self centered unprofessional group of clowns. The CEO lies, forgets what he says and then later on says the opposite., dishonest. They are self centered and care nothing about others. Not to be trusted, Unable to build new offices for the business, how can they be expected to build anything?

I would improve this culture by firing all "Management", and fill the necessary functions with educated and experienced management You can all wear your matching little outfits standing togethr in the unemployment line. Develop a sound and structured business plan which is transparent to gain the respect and confidence of the market and customers. Basically, sell the new building, drop the hunting and golfing trips and focus on the employees and customers. Stop the "CEO" from walking around cussing and screaming at his own Mother who works there. Give up the private Jet time-share you can't afford ... you are not fooling anyone. Sure pissed off Customers. Great move.

I prepared by participating in the Zoom meetings, and on-site interview with the 3 person ownership and several other individuals. I acturately explained and answered questions about my education, training and experience with well respected and known Companies. Then I answered each and every question they asked me. I told them why I bothered interviewing and I said that I have been throgh companies growth cycles and love the opportunities and challenge that brings. I asked if they were open to changes and improvements and was told yes, that is why I was brought in. However, after accepting the limited position I was offered, they quickly showed that they would not try any new ideas. This was only done if it would appear it was from a family or "clique" member. However, inexperience and lack of knowledge clearly showed their stupidity.

Express Car Wash salaries are approximately 28%-30% lower for the same positions in Kansas City area and no worthwhile benefits.Nothing above the basic wage with basically no raises unless you are family.
