A licensed psychologist, Dr. Lund is board certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the American Board of Professional Psychology. As chief financial officer of Caravel Autism Health, Greg is responsible for ensuring that accurate financial information and insightful analysis is provided to all stakeholders. Prior to joining Caravel, Greg led several finance teams helping to support organizations through periods of extreme growth. He began his career in public accounting serving companies in the healthcare services and technology industries through the role of senior manager at KPMG.

Greg earned his master’s degree in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a bachelor of science degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Caravel’s chief operating officer, Karim is focused on implementing industry-leading technology to deliver high-quality treatment for clients and on establishing operational best practices to drive sustainable growth and market differentiation. He joined the organization in 2022 with more than 18 years of experience in healthcare, having directed multisite and multidisciplinary clinical operations, information technology, and revenue cycle management. Among the organizations Karim has served are Frazier Healthcare Partners, Vericare, and SYMED Behavioral Health. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and telecommunications from the University of Concordia and his MBA from Christian Brothers University.

As Caravel’s chief growth officer, Josh focuses on expanding access to effective, evidence-based treatment for children on the autism spectrum. He oversees the organization’s growth strategy and execution through the opening of new clinics, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships with health systems and physicians. Prior to his time at Caravel, he spent four years at ATI Physical Therapy overseeing its M&A strategy and execution and health system partnerships. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

As chief people officer, Sarah is focused on growing and defining a People Services function that skillfully and agilely supports Caravel’s organizational needs. She has 16 years of human resource experience with large multisite organizations in a variety of industries. Prior to coming to Caravel, Sarah served as director of recruiting at DaVita Dialysis. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and religious studies from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
