    Job Description The Senior Intern is responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and assisting the BCBA in developing treatment strategies. Follows and abides by the BACB Ethics Code, Caravel ethical guidelines and policies, regulations, and laws and adheres to mandated reporting regulations. Attends relevant workplace meetings as required. Creates, prepares and organizes instructional materials. 8. Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA to address behavioral goals and objectives of clients. Delivers treatment to clients 80% of hours worked including, but not limited to 1:1 direct services. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred or expected graduation within 6 months of taking on the role. Experience: Must have at least 1,500 hours of supervised experience of implementing programs based on ABA principles. Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or obtains RBT within 120 days Skills and Competencies: Ability to interact with and work with a variety of children on the autism spectrum. Must display energy and creativity. Critical thinking skills, with strong analytical abilities. Strong work ethic, with the ability to meet scheduling commitments.
