Learn more at *********************** or visit **************************** The Human Resources Coordinator assists with all the tasks that keep a human resources team running. Supports full range of HR activities involving employees, including hiring, compensation, and performance management. Will be responsible to site HR Manager and contribute to improving HR team effectiveness. Key Responsibility: * Coordinate hourly recruiting process including posting jobs, supporting interviews, and preparing offer letters * Guide new employee benefits onboarding including arrangement of pre-employment testing * Benefits forms submission to vendors * Maintain employee labor information boards * Prepare vendor invoices for approval (handle all temp invoices) * Handle / direct employee HR questions/Payroll questions * Work with Employee Committees - People, Safety Committee * Filing of confidential documents - including digitizing and storing files * Provide support for Open Enrollment and other HR projects - help all new hires get enrolled in their benefits when they need help. * Support payroll process - check timesheets, make sure managers have approved all their teams' time sheets and submit the payroll summaries * Prepare and submit Temp hours reports weekly. * Input and manage HRIS activities utilizing UKG * File WC claims, handle FMLA/STD cases and respond to unemployment claims * Manage termination process * Handle employee relation issues.
