Caesar Djavaherian is the Co-Founder at Carbon Health. He attended University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Tom is co-founder and CTO at Carbon Health. Prior to Carbon, he built web apps and data pipelines at Twitter and co-founded eyewear startup coolbeams. He’s happy to play a small part in putting the healthcare system on the solid technological footing it deserves. Tom received his Engineering degree at Stanford University with a focus in product design.

An is an experienced business development executive specializing in partner platform growth and management, new business development, and corporate strategy. Currently an EIR at Trinity Ventures. An was most recently responsible for developing the cloud partner strategy for MongoHQ. Prior to MongoHQ, An built and led the team behind Yammer’s Partner Platform, through to a successful acquisition by Microsoft in 2011. Before joining Yammer, An served as Director of Business Development at New Relic where she led the company’s partner strategy and expanded partnership agreements to fuel revenue growth. An also served as Director of Business Development at Mobile Money Ventures, acquired by Intuit in 2009. There, she was responsible for the execution of strategic partnership strategies and go-to-market sales channels. An worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in the San Francisco office and started her career as a Technical Sales Engineer at Intel Corporation. An received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2007, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2001.

Jay is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Before joining Carbon, Jay most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Bowers & Wilkins, a leading global consumer audio products company. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker for 13 years at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, during which he executed a large number of M&A and capital markets transactions on behalf of a wide array of corporate clients.

Claire leads engineering at Carbon, with over 25 years of experience as a technology leader. She has helped over a half dozen companies grow and scale to deliver impact-driving products and services, including Netscape, Napster, Nextag, and Udemy. She has been named one of San Francisco Business Times' Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.

Claire lives in Palo Alto with her husband, two children, and a french bulldog named Tobiwan Kenobi. She loves saying hello to babies and dogs. Her husband, Tim, believes she knows every dog in Palo Alto.

Abbott joined Carbon Health from CVS Health where he served as Chief Operating Officer of its Long-term Care Division, overseeing the operations of pharmacies across the country. As Chief Operating Officer at Carbon Health, Abbott now oversees the company's clinics and internal operations as Carbon Health continues to grow.

As part of his role, Cha grows the company’s device-enabled home care operations, including virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and home diagnostics services.

Cha also drives the company’s omnichannel care model, which is designed to meet patients where they are by delivering care via a variety of access points, including in-person clinics, home-based care, and easy-to-use consumer health tools. Cha joined the company with more than a decade of healthcare experience, most recently as Apple Health’s Head of Strategic Initiatives, where he led the launch of programs like COVID-19 exposure notifications with Google, the Apple Watch-based LumiHealth wellness program in Singapore, and the Heartline Study with Johnson & Johnson.
