As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

What you'll need:
Lift up to 70 pounds
Driver's license in the state you live - You will be required to provide proof of this to qualify for this position

General Ledger Support: Accurately enter and classify all daily financial transactions. Assist with month-end closing procedures, including journal entry preparation and account analysis.
Payroll: Ensure other managers have approved bi-weekly payroll timekeeping data, draft payroll (Quickbooks) and submit for approval, double-check taxes and other items for accuracy prior to final submission.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management capacity.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, AR, AP, and bank reconciliation.
Demonstrable proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Job Summary:
You will be working for a leading Food Processing Company in the Des Moines, WA area. Schedule work hours to afford maximum utilization of manpower, provide adequate production coverage, and avoid excessive overtime.
Assist technicians in troubleshooting and supervise in-progress repairs of a non-routine nature, inspecting the quality of completed repairs.
Enforce and practice all Safety regulations and plant rules. Ensure maintenance technicians are aware of safety rules, company policy changes, and job performance expectations.
Schedule assistance when outside technical expertise is required to make repairs and supervise that work to ensure repairs are made correctly.
Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical problems in a narrow timeframe and train others to troubleshoot production equipment.
Set priorities on all requests for maintenance work. Estimate time and materials for repair orders.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Able to work in a refrigerated environment
5+ years' experience in a manufacturing setting with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong engineering/mechanical/electrical background.
Prior maintenance experience in a food manufacturing setting is preferred.
Prior experience with setting up CMMS.
Implemented projects related to quality control standards, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or any form of QC related to TPS.
Basic pneumatic, conveyor, and electrical experience and prior work with PLCs.
Has worked with certifications or audits from OSHA and Food Safety regulations.

Position Overview
The Director of Manufacturing Operations at Stella-Jones is responsible for leading and elevating the performance of three strategically focused manufacturing plants across Washington and Arizona. Key Qualifications
15+ years of experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Plant Manager, Multi-Plant Manager, Regional Plant Manager, etc)
Excellent understanding of core systems involved in wood treating systems (steam, vacuum, pressure, valves, pipes, etc), deep knowledge of environmental and safety regulations, proficiency in ERP systems and relevant digital tools.

TITLE: Mechanical Designer
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract to Hire or Direct Hire per client's discretion

PAY RANGE: $45-55 p/h W2

We are looking for a contract mechanical designer with background in manufacturing and preferred experience with process piping & structural steel like bases, sheet metal, etc.
Overview and Focus of the Position
The Designer coordinates the collection of data from specifications, sketches, customer layout drawings and instructions provided by others and incorporate this information into detailed drawings. The designer consults with engineers, assembly technicians and other peers while preparing and presenting the drawings. Work assignments vary and are of considerable scope and complexity. Supervision is limited and work is reviewed by peers and more experienced staff as a quality procedure.
Responsibilities
· Creates 2D and 3D Models.
· Creates detailed customer & general layout drawings.
· Creates piping and instrumentation diagrams.
· Creates dimensional shop drawings for fabrication, drawings include all views and dimensions necessary for fabrication of equipment.
· Creates general assembly drawings.
· Creates as-built drawings and when necessary takes physical dimensions of equipment to verify accuracy of drawings.
· Responsible for coordinating with others to determine if drawings can be executed efficiently and within expected tolerances.
· Responsible for preparing part numbers, bill of materials and specifications.
· Assist in design process of new concepts.
Outcomes and Success Indicators
· Successful execution of projects defined by meeting design requirements, on time delivery of equipment and meeting approved budgets for materials and resources
· Improved on time delivery of equipment
· Reduced rework in production due to design errors
· Reduced late parts identification and reduced expediting costs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Formal drafting program certification; 2 year associates degree from a technical school preferred
· 5+ years experience
· Proficient in AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS (PDM a plus)
· Experience creating fabrication drawings per ASME/ANSI standards
· Experience with various manufacturing practices and processes such as sheet metal fabrication, machining and casting

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Puyallup, WA
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
ASHA certified (CCCs) OR must be eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in order to earn ASHA certification (CCCs) and/or meeting ASHA credentialing criteria. Once achieved, must maintain ASHA credentialing.
Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Specific Job Requirements

Liaisons with patients, families, support departments, etc., to adequately plan for patient needs
