Title:- Packaging Technician 2
Duration: Contract until Aug 2026 (Possible extension)
This position is responsible for performing routine tasks, operating equipment, and troubleshooting in the area of automated Syringe Inspection and Syringe Packaging. This position supports execution of the production plan.
Responsibilities
• Operate and troubleshoot high-speed automated Inspection and Packaging equipment. Typical tasks include loading syringes onto automated inspection equipment, changing label reels, replenishing packaging items (e.g. inserts, labels, cartons, lidding rolls, base film rolls, shippers), operating syringe assembly machine, thermoformer, cartoner, case palletizer, serialization equipment, and wrapping pallets.
• Participate in line changeovers and continuously strive to reduce line downtime and improve OEE%.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs at all times.
• Perform routine Quality and Safety inspection walk-throughs of the production areas.
• Perform scheduled cleanings of equipment and packaging rooms.
• Will serve as witness of routine unit operation tasks for batch record signing. Maintains all associated documentation for operations being performed.
• May assist with formal CAPAs and NCRs as needed.
• Adheres to the production schedule and provides overtime and weekend support when needed.
• Performs routine assignments with supervision. Takes initiative to identify issues, troubleshoot, propose solutions, and keep management advised.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior mechanical experience and/or experience working as a Packaging Operator in Pharmaceutical or Medical device industries.
• Engineering background
• Experience working with automated Inspection and/or Packaging equipment.
• Syringe/Vial Experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing position in a GMP environment.
• Production line experience in Pharma or Medical Device

Perform basic, daily maintenance on fabrication equipment.

Work with computers to claim shop orders, retrieve CNC programs and engineering blueprints and drawings.
Effectively use calipers, micrometers, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), steel rules, protractors and tape measures to measure production parts.
Take responsibility for the quality of all parts by inspecting and immediately reporting any problems, discrepancies/or irregularities to the supervisor.
Follow 5S methodology to keep machines and work area clean, neat and orderly on a daily basis.
Assist in training other employees in the fabrication department.
Remain safety conscious at all times, wearing all prescribed personal protective equipment and by observing all safety rules stated in the Employee Handbook.
Complete any and all projects, assignments and duties as directed and instructed.

SUMMARY (Basic Purpose of the Job) Develops strategies, plans and executes process to increase quality, safety and operational excellence in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This includes assisting the team leaders in general management of the operating rooms to ensure the efficient processing of patients, forecasting/ordering of equipment and supply needs. Assists in development and maintenance of policies, protocols and data collection related to robotic surgery.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associates degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Completion of First Assistant program and completion of 20 hours or 10 cases of proctoring by the sponsoring surgeon. Nationally certified operating room nurse through the association of operating room nurses (AORN) required “and” must attain CNOR within six months of hire. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience: Five years of Operating Room surgical procedures experience including robotic and minimally invasive surgery.
Other Credentials: AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, Registered Nurse - NJ
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with interdepartmental teams, government agencies, private corporation personnel in collegial and business-like manner.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented MachineOperator (2nd shift) to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment runs smoothly, producing high-quality parts or products according to specifications. This role plays a critical part in our production process, requiring attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and productivity.
Shift 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Compensation: $22.00/hour to $24.00/hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor assigned machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or production schedules to determine job instructions.
* Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools.
* Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects.
* Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product specifications and minimize waste.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
* Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance or supervisory staff.
* Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
Skills / Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED is a plus; vocational or technical training preferred.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
* Experience operating or working with mills (manual or CNC) or other metalworking machinery is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with machining processes such as cutting, drilling, or grinding.
* Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
* Basic math and measurement skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
Work Environment:
* Regular standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Use of hands and manual dexterity for precise machining and tool work.
* Exposure to loud noises, coolant, sharp tools, and metal shavings.

Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist providers in the evaluation and treatment of injuries and illnesses. This role also supports administrative and clinical functions, including front desk and medical assisting duties, as needed.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and clearly explain imaging procedures in a professional and compassionate manner
Accurately position patients for radiographic procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Follow ALARA principles and other radiation safety protocols
Process and review images for clarity, proper identification, and quality assurance
Operate both digital and analog imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
Assist providers with patient care and treatments when necessary
Perform routine equipment maintenance and arrange for service when required
Complete necessary documentation, including imaging logs, reports, and patient records
Provide support as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Assistant when needed, within scope of training
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
ARRT registration or board eligibility preferred
Current state licensure in radiologic technology (as required by state regulations)
