The Physician Lab Sales Specialist (PLSS) is responsible for driving sales of CLIA-waived and moderately complex diagnostic solutions into physician-owned laboratories, urgent care centers, community health clinics, and specialty practices. Customer Engagement & New Business Development:

As a Henry Schein Dental Transition SalesConsultant, you will be representing, supporting, and advising a dentist through one of the most important transactions in their career.
Often, the most valuable asset and one of the most emotional connections a dentist has is their practice, staff, and patients. When it comes time to evaluate or transition their practice/business, many look for a trusted advisor to help them through what can be a complicated, stressful and confusing process.
This critical position is to be that expert and key advisor - responsible for selling and providing brokerage and other dental practice transition and valuation services. Your role will be the consultant and expert guide through the evaluation of the business, preparation for a transition, listing and showing of the practice, evaluation and negotiation of offers and transaction terms, assisting in securing of financing, closing and post-transaction handoff / follow-up.
You will be expected to network and build relationships with practitioners, related industry professionals, and key stakeholders, articulate the HSDPT and your personal value proposition, sell valuation services, secure practice listings, and facilitate successful transition outcomes with all parties in a transaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the operations of a dental practice, process of a transaction as well as practice acquisition financing and be able to effectively and confidently communicate that knowledge in facilitating transactions
Provide consultation to aid practitioners in planning for the future sale of their practice/business
Sell company services to practice owners while delivering a customized and superior client experience throughout the process of evaluation and transition
Manage stresses and uncertainties from initial conversations through post-closing contacts
Achieve annual valuation, brokerage and other HS DPT services goals as established with HS DPT Leadership and your direct supervisor Communicate and execute HS DPT policy and practice.
Comply with terms and conditions of transition and related services including but not limited to the responsibility for collection of and secure storage and transfer of required documents and customer signatures.
Develop and maintain quality relationships with Henry Schein Dental TSMs
Coordinate and attend meetings (in-person and virtual) and closings.
Maintain continuous and timely contact with clients and other parties throughout a transaction to address questions, communicate and ensure timely progress toward closing, aid with securing financing or other resources, plus additional related services, as appropriate.
Seek out, attend and present information at dental study clubs and society meetings, HSD sales meetings and, where applicable, local, regional and statewide dental related meetings.
Train Henry Schein TSMs on HS DPT services and products. Utilize HS DPT database and/or C.R.M. system and related tools, as directed.
Attend all HS DPT internal training and scheduled meetings, in-person and virtual Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

As the Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology you will:
* Be responsible for attaining sales objectives, presenting complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech's immunology products and services to an audience of office and institutional based Dermatology healthcare professionals, government agencies, professional and patient groups, health plans and others involved in the decision-making process.
* Use discretion and judgment to execute the franchise and company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment, which may include physicians within specialty medical practices and their staff, specialists within local hospitals, clinics, and pharmacists within a specific geographic area.
* Influence decision makers and influencers within assigned customers to support the use of the company's products in the treatment of relevant disease states by developing and applying clinical and business expertise, and effective selling skills.
* Execute marketing strategies at the local level, leveraging resources appropriately and working successfully with company team members and counterparts to share ideas and information to enhance business results.
* Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers at the local level who can influence decision making within the healthcare provider systems.

Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree
* A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary
* Must reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate to it
* Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry, or large account management, or business to business experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience selling injectable / infused products
* Working knowledge of immunology and/or the Dermatology field
* Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues
* Experience in project oriented selling situations in a high incentive and individual performance culture is preferred, along with a documented successful sales performance (high growth, results vs. plan
* Completion of Management Development course(s)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
