Lurie Children’s Hospital-Chicago, as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Dayton, and as a lifetime Trustee of Fenwick High School. David received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton in 1975.
