The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for handling incoming inquiries and leads, converting them into sales by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and building relationships, typically through phone, email, or chat.
Inbound Sales Representative responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Receive inbound prospect calls and inquiries, diligently follow up on company-generated sales leads through website traffic, social media, referrals, emails, or other communication methods.
Proactively source potential customer data from various channels to qualify customers/prospects; conduct market research and surveys to collect insights about potential customer.
Actively listen to potential customers, identifying their needs and challenges, and understanding their specific requirements.
Use sales techniques to deliver effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to specific customer needs and interests, aiming to convert potential customers into active customers.
Provide comprehensive details about solutions and products/services, addressing customer inquiries effectively.
Accurately document customer details, responses, and transactional information, maintaining a meticulous log of interactions and lead progress in CRM system.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty through prompt follow up to address any outstanding issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High School diploma, GED
Call Center or Inside Sales experience highly desired

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be expected to:
Make 400 calls and set 5 meetings per week
Maintain 14 Meetings held and 10 Qualified Opportunities per Month
Engage with leads given to you by the SDR manager with the goal of setting an appointment for your Account Executive(s)
Support FMX's marketing efforts by following up on Marketing Qualified Leads from field events and progressing them through the FMX Sales Funnel
Manage prospect/lead status, data integrity, and prospect notes in Gong and Salesforce
Communicate with the Account Executive team regarding prospect notes, meeting times, and key topics to review for all meetings set
Actively pursue self-improvement and assist the team in meeting company goals

Position Summary
A Sales Development Representative supports a commercial region or customer segment. This position serves as the principal CMA CGM contact for all customer rate inquiries for either import or export cargo, is responsible for maintaining understanding of trade lanes to effectively grow our market share, partners with field sales and works with trade/line to provide quotations, organizes and expedites customer contracts to ensure proper construction and filing of agreed terms and conditions, and expediting all issues by quickly resolving to reduce service failures or loss of business. Functions & Duties
* Overall knowledge of both import and export services with the ability to communicate rate negotiations with trade/line management on behalf of the customer/field representative.
* Work in concert with field sales representative to promote trade/line initiatives to include, but not limited to campaigns, eBusiness and value-added services, growing customer profile by researching and identifying market opportunities, gather competitive intelligence, qualify sales leads and shipping opportunities via NOVA Business, develop and maintain both customer and trade-lane specific business plans, submission of customer credit applications, etc.
* Arranges and communicates with trade/line management rate request quotes via the company's CRM system, customer volume forecasting, and structuring contract proposals/filings for trade approval and FMC filing.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties as assigned)
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
Give feature presentations of new or used vehicles tailored to the customer's interests and needs.
Demonstrate new and used vehicles (includes test drives)
Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process includes review of the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork; and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
Attend sales meetings.
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and makes the owner conscious of the sales representative so that the customer will refer leads and prospects.
Maintain a prospect development system which includes a group of prospect locators and sales associates.
Keep abreast of new products and customer benefits of new features, accessories, etc.
Assist in lot and inventory maintenance such as moving cars, cleaning off snow, keeping track of keys and keyboard, etc.
Maintain CSI in top 10% of group
It is your responsibility to support and endorse dealership policies and procedures as set forth by Dealership Management and Manufacturers' standards.
Additional:
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity. The minimum production standard is eight new and used deliveries per month.
Devise a strategy to meet these goals.
Provide a lease presentation to every customer.
Work according to manufacturers' standards.
Report to management concerning objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses as requested.
Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time or plan more effectively.
Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
Familiarize themselves with competitive products, including equipment, prices, models, series, and trading practices.
Work with the service department in accordance with dealership policy, emphasizing to the customer the quality and availability of repairs available in the service department.
Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
