As the CEO of Summit Orthopedics, I lead a premier orthopedics practice with over 60 physicians, 800+ employees and 35+ clinical sites of service. Through a collaborative leadership approach, our organization has successfully undertaken two strategic acquisitions with surgery centers and physician practices which have resulted in double-digit growth for our shareholders. Previously, in COO and strategic business development positions, I have been recruited to lead and successfully stabilize deeply divided clinics and hospitals where they had experienced federal investigations for fraudulent billing activity, operational inefficiencies, and stagnant growth.
