The Offset plate / Gravure Cylinder Manufacturer is responsible for bending Web Offset printing plates for all presses in a specific location, helping with daily and weekly processor maintenance. Processing gravure cylinders, General maintenance and cleanup of the production areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO
Load and unload platemaking materials to and from equipment to bend all size plates for press
Maintain platemaking equipment ( Including but not limited to
daily and weekly processor maintenance, loading or trouble shooting errors.
Check plates / Cylinders for Quality
Track or move job components through production using Smart tools
Cylinder stripping, electro-plating, engraving
Load & unload, store and retrieve gravure cylinders using automated Work in Progress (W.I.P.) & Long Term Storage (LTS) systems and overhead cranes following appropriate work instructions
Misc production duties, including cleaning and inspecting cylinders
General cleanup of the area ( 6's )
Ability to travel to Martinsburg, WV plant
Experience:
Previous manufacturing experience would help but not required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic working knowledge of computer systems used in Plate room (Windows OS)
Basic Mechanical skills
Flexible Work schedules necessary to meet the production needs - shifts and locations may vary.
Knowledge of Press layout configurations for example Saddle Stitch, Perfect Binding, Gatefolds, half and ¾ webs would help but not required.
Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions, correspondence and present information when necessary

Department/Position Overview:
The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist is a health care professional that, through the utilization of specialized equipment and under the direction of a qualified physician, assists in the performance of cardiac and vascular procedures. Resulting in an accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart disease while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort. The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist performs/reviews a baseline patient assessment, evaluates patient response to diagnostic or interventional maneuvers and medications during cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures. Provides patient care and drug administration commonly used in the cardiac catheterization laboratory as requested and under the direction of a qualified physician. The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist acts as a first assistant during diagnostic and therapeutic catheterization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the following procedures:diagnostic caths, interventions, CTOs, Afib Watchman device, Impella,intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), TAVR Heart Valve Replacement, Mitra clips, Left/Right heart caths, biopsies, cardioversions, Transesophageal echo, loop recorder implants, etc.This area has five labs and a Hybrid OR.

Education: A graduate of a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate academic program in health science (includes, but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, or nursing). One-year related experience required.
BLS and RCIS certification required. ACLS will be required within 90 days of hire.

Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Responsibilities
Provides safe and therapeutic care in a holistic and caring way while incorporating differences into the provision of care. Integrates knowledge, skill and experiences to meet the patient needs.
Performs psychosocial/physiologic assessments that integrate changing data as documented in procedure notes.
Tailors and prioritizes caring practices to individual needs, including cultural/ethical/spiritual needs. Participates in the planning of routine transitional health care needs (e.g. treatment options).

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Our Arvada, CO office is currently seeking a dedicated, self-sufficient, and hardworking individual to fill a Vertebrate and Invasive Weed Technician position based near our project locations throughout Colorado. This position is expected to start immediately. Work assignments will vary depending upon project type. This job requires local fieldwork throughout Colorado.
As a key member of the 2DOT team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
Manage Colorado pests, state listed noxious weeds, local nuisance weeds and undesirable vegetation, including:
Pre-baiting using restricted use pest control measures such as distributing pellets containing zinc phosphate
Herbicides application using chemicals & various spraying equipment
Operating mowing/cutting equipment and utilizing hand tools
Cleaning chemical application equipment, vehicles, tools, safety equipment and truck
Mixing chemicals for application equipment
Plant identification and mapping of state listed noxious weeds using GPS software or mobile application
Works outside in adverse conditions, uneven terrain, and hot/cold weather
Performs visual noxious weed identification
Herbicide treatment of noxious weeds
Perform other duties as requested.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
A Colorado Department of Agriculture Qualified Supervisor pesticide applicators license with a 302 - Outdoor Vertebrate Pest Control endorsement.
Candidates should have experience with applying pellets containing zinc phosphate and pre-baiting using restricted use pest control measures, noxious weeds, vegetation identification, GPS and field mapping, and basic report writing.
This position has a driving requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties as scrub assistant, operator of imaging equipment, circulator during the procedure.
Perform patient assessment, to include chief complaint, history of present illness and current medication, past medical history.
Obtain lab work, EKG, chest x-ray.
Provide patient teaching, initiate intravenous access, and obtain vital signs.
Appropriately utilize aseptic/sterile technique and perform site prep with antiseptic solution and access site-draping.

Manage radiographic information to include digital archive stations, image review, data spoilers/laser patterns and digital image quality control.
Set-up for venous and arterial procedures, use balloon tipped/flow directional catheters to include blood sampling, cardiac output, catheter selections for vessels and anatomic variables, indications risks and precautions for cardiac procedures performed.
Identify coronary vessels, identify coronary anatomy defined by various angulated views and landmarks, distinguish between projections, identify lesions and thrombus, and estimate vessel lumen size in relation to catheter.
Operate contrast pressure injectors to include selection of the rate of rise/fall, injection rate, total volume, psi, and other parameters.
Differentiate between contrast media ionic, non-ionic, and low-osmolar. Recognize and treatment of contrast reactions.
Set-up, operate, and interpret results of intravascular/cardiac ultrasound, and fractional flow reserve.
Set-up, function, and use of devices related to foreign body retrieval, angiojet, intra-aortic balloon pump, coil embolization, temporary pacemaker.
Initiate hemostasis methods and support devices (mechanical closer or hemostasis accelerators) to include manual compression, femstop, radial compression devices, suture devices and collagen/thrombin devices.
Drape for vascular access studies such as venous: femoral, subclavian, internal jugular, others as indicated. Arterial: femoral and others as indicated.
Recover procedure rooms at the end of procedures, return unused supply to stock and clean medical equipment per MTF guidelines. This task also includes the restocking of supplies, return of medical equipment and turn-in/pick-up from sterile processing.
Assist with transportation of patient from hospital, and those in the air evacuation system requiring IABPs.
Assist with the orientation of newly assigned staff and medical students.
Serve on the On-call team for urgent cardiac catheterization (invasive) procedures 24/7 STEMI team and the Interventional radiology 24/7 team.
Complete daily/weekly/ monthly checks duty checklists pertaining to mission readiness.
Maintain inventory level of disposable supplies; stock accordingly, complete inventory checklist, requisition supplies and return excess stock.
Prepare equipment requisition. Ensure emergency equipment is available and functional.
Prepare reusable soiled surgical items for CMS sterilization: Turn instruments in and retrieve after cleaned.
Participate in unit training, and competency program.
Utilize and complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual checklists to maintain the unit in a state of readiness for procedures and patient care.
Additional duties as assigned such as maintaining cleanliness, serviceability of lead aprons and tracking dosimeters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree/Education: Cardiovascular technicians shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, an associate diploma, baccalaureate and/or master s degree and must be a graduate form an accredited school of cardiovascular and interventional training from at least one 22 state or territory in the United States.
Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support: All Cardiovascular Tech shall possess a current, active, valid, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification. Must have advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification.
Experience: Cardiovascular Technicians shall have a minimum of 5 years catheterization laboratory work experience obtained after graduating from an accredited school of cardiovascular and interventional training. Must be proficient on the selection, function and use of diagnostic and interventional sheaths, catheters, guidewires, guide catheters, balloon tipped catheters, stents, inflation devices, hemostasis valves, and access needles. Candidates should be able to read EKG's during stress tests and identify EKG changes or arrhythmias.
Candidates should be able to read monitors and differentiate normal sinus rhythm, arrhythmias, and ectopic beats.
Candidates should be able to hook up EKG leads for stress tests and monitors.
Candidates should be able to take blood pressures during stress tests and be able to read real time heart rates on EKG during exercise.

Responsibilities
EKG Technician will perform and assist with cardiac stress tests.
This position aids in nuclear stress test administration, performs exercise treadmill tolerance tests, assists in stress echocardiograms and manages holter, event and MCT monitors.
This person will also help monitor our pacemaker and defibrillator home monitor alerts.
