I love meeting high NetWorth individuals, successful business owners, and building relationships with them that result in generated business. I love the fast-paced environment that my current employer provides. I love the opportunity to create opportunities to increase my income through sales.
Working 12 hours per day as well as weekends can be cumbersome at times. I am not fulfilled in my current role even though I have had great success in my time working there.
The biggest benefit of working at my current job is having access to sales, marketing, and operation education. Another great benefit is the access to working with multiple 7-8 figure business owners.
I like that my CEO and leadership team is hands on in the company. I work directly with the CEO and President of the company which is unique. It allows me to grow professionally at a rapid rate.
I would say that if there was more of a focus on the employee quality of life that would be great. It is a very transactional place to work which is not a great feeling.
I was required to create a selfie video highlighting who I am and what my qualifications are. Leading up to the interview I reviewed what the company does so I could align with the questions that would be asked in my interview.
