The Providence Center Clinical Therapist Home Base Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community, on a multidisciplinary ACT team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

At least 1-2 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient or similar setting (internship experience considered).
Familiarity with common child and adolescent issues, including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, behavioral concerns, and family conflict.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapies for children and adolescents, such as play therapy, TF-CBT, or family systems approaches.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage children and build trust with families.
Knowledge of developmental psychology and child-focused therapeutic techniques.
Cultural competence and commitment to providing equitable care to diverse populations.

The Providence Center helps adults, adolescents and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems and addictions by providing treatment and supportive services within a community setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Fee for Service (FFS) Clinical Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center for adult clients. Staff will work flexible hours that can consist of day and evening hours. Appointments are offered both virtually and in-person.
Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers.
Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments and integrated summary forms.
Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input.
Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.
Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Master s degree in Social Work or related field required.
LICSW and LMHC preferred.
