Responsibilities
As a Caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:
* Personal care: dressing, bathing, transfers grooming and assisting with meals
* Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
Required
2+ years of recruiting experience with at least 1 year focused on behavioral health providers (psychiatrists, PMHNPs, PAs, or similar).
Proven success recruiting licensed providers in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
Strong knowledge of licensure considerations and onboarding workflows for clinical providers.
Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
