Regional Career Services Representatives who were promoted to their role from within Ross and have a degree completion plan in place to meet the minimum requirement, will have the title Regional Career Services Representative, and will generally have up to 1.5 years to obtain their degree and meet the full requirements of the job. Every six months they will have a check-in with Human Resources and their Regional Career Services Manager or Regional Vice President of Career Services to confirm progress towards the degree completion. Failure to complete the degree in a timely and agreed upon schedule may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. 1-2 years of proven sales experience and demonstrated results from jobs like outplacement, workforce development, placement/recruiting, public relations, business development, event planning, advertising, marketing, pharma or other sales related positions. 5+ years preferred.
