Be part of a recruitment team with fellow staff members for four to six weeks, with the goal of building an associate chapter to a sustainable size and health. Provide coaching, training, and goal setting for new chapter leadership teams, including new associate orientation, retreats, officer training, ritual performances, and ongoing support. Advise chapters on all operations, including weekly meetings with various chapter officers. Assist with integrating the volunteer advisory team (Board of Governors) into the associate chapter. Support and strengthen Phi Kappa Tau's brand by representing the Fraternity professionally on campuses nationwide. Serve as a mentor and resource for undergraduates navigating leadership challenges. Support the initiatives of the Executive Offices and National Fraternity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in training, development, or student leadership preferred. Fraternity or sorority experience is a plus. Membership in Phi Kappa Tau strongly preferred (though not required).
