The Role
As the Director of AI Development at Bloomerang, you will lead the technical execution of our AI product strategy across CRM, Fundraising, and Volunteer solutions that serve tens of thousands of nonprofit organizations. This individual will oversee all aspects of construction across our growing portfolio of cafes and facilities. They will oversee both new cafes and renovations on our existing cafes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the high quality standards of Blue Bottle Coffee.
This individual will work cross functionally with our real estate, design, facilities and operations teams throughout the development lifecycle, from feasibility and pre-construction through handover, in addition to cafe renovations and expansions in our existing portfolio. They will lead the internal cafe development (construction) team and manage external partners, vendors, and consultants.
This position sits within the Real Estate & Cafe Development Team, and will play a part in developing a globally scalable expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker prepared to own continual improvement of our development processes and management of our building costs. You will:
Lead all construction processes for new cafe and facility builds, renovations, and upgrades
Define and execute a globally scalable cafe development process, with direct accountability for on time, on budget openings in North America
Oversee budgeting, bidding, scheduling, permitting, and construction execution across multiple concurrent projects

Summary:
This position raises funds to support critical staff and grow the ministry across the assigned territory, which could be divisional or multi-divisional. Job Qualifications & Requirements
Skills and Experience
Undergraduate degree required.
2+ years working for an SGO or for a school participating in an SGO preferred.
Sales or marketing experience preferred.
Ability to create and implement systems that will increase efficiency and customer service.
Proficiency managing databases and producing accurate reports.
Effective written and oral communicator that is able to clearly present how the SGO functions to schools, donors, and applicants.
Ability to create and meet deadlines.
Character and Spiritual

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role as Development Transformation Director you will serve as a strategic leader within the Global Development Transformational Program reporting directly to the Executive Director in Global Development.
This role will be responsible for driving the implementation and structure of Clinical Trial transformation initiatives that enhance clinical trial design operations and cross functional collaboration across a complex matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in clinical operations and a proven track record of implementing complex business and technical solutions within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
You will work closely with Global Development Operations, IT and local teams to ensure seamless integration of new Clinical Trial solutions, technologies, processes and tools in an efficient structured manner. This leader will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross functional partners to align priorities manage interdependence, develop project structures and tools that deliver optimized trial solutions. You will be accountable for monitoring workstream dependencies, risk management and progress utilizing key performance indicators and mitigating risks to ensure the success of transformation efforts.
In addition, you will create and provide input into the development of business cases for continued and ongoing solution development.

Lead and support the implementation of global development transformation initiatives
