    Job Description Sole Hire, LLC is seeking a motivated and student-focused Career Services Advisor to support learners preparing for careers across various academic programs within a college environment. This role plays a key part in helping students and graduates transition from education into meaningful employment aligned with their field of study. You'll serve as the primary bridge between students, graduates, and employer partners-providing hands-on career support, cultivating employer relationships, and ensuring graduates are equipped to succeed in their chosen career paths. Key Responsibilities Graduate Support • Guide graduates through their job search after program completion • Actively market qualified graduates to employers across relevant industries • Track and verify employment placement outcomes • Maintain consistent communication with graduates to support their career progress • Provide resume coaching, interview preparation, and job search guidance Student Development • Deliver engaging Career Development workshops, both online and in person • Assist students in creating strong resumes, portfolios, and other professional documents • Conduct exit interviews and collect required documentation prior to graduation • Coordinate externships when required and maintain communication with placement sites • Partner with employers and academic leadership to help convert externships into long-term job opportunities Employer Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners across multiple industries • Generate job leads aligned with graduate skill sets and academic programs • Provide responsive support to employers seeking qualified candidates • Gather employer feedback to ensure continuous improvement in placement outcomes • Maintain a comprehensive and organized employer database • Participate in advisory meetings to stay aligned with evolving industry needs Requirements Qualifications • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience in career services, staffing, recruiting, or business development • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with CRM or student management systems is a plus Benefits Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with employer match • Paid time off, including birthday PTO • Tuition assistance • Employee Assistance Program Sole Hire, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/M/F/D/V/SO).
