We partner with industry professionals to create job-focused courses that teach practical, employer-aligned skills across technology, business, construction, and the trades. Our students are career changers looking for realistic, entry-level roles - and coaching helps bridge the gap between coursework and landing the job.
About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Construction Estimating Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching.

You set your own availability and working hours
There is no requirement to convert students - workshops are paid regardless - but conversion is where the upside comes from.
Responsibilities
Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis
Answer student questions related to construction estimating and the job search
Share real-world insight into what entry-level estimating roles actually look like
Explain how estimating works in real construction environments (GCs, subs, specialty trades)
