Over the last 28 years Lloyd has graduated through the corporate world across different cultures and a variety of playing fields (in Asia, Australia and North America) and technology/business segments. His exposure to diverse industries, including Information Technology, Medical Practice Management, Automotive Engineering, Pharmaceuticals and Industrial Construction, in a variety of leadership roles, gives him a unique perspective on management and global enterprise. Lloyd has, over almost three decades, broadened his expertise and realized goals in the entire gamut of business operations that span organization change, corporate integration, program management, technology intervention and organization development & growth.

Lloyd's general ideation, and his life goals, are not just the fruits of his diverse, yet intense corporate background in multi-national environments, but also a confluence of values imbibed through several social projects such as: Agriculture and civil amenities food-for-work programs; Medical/Hospice Care Management for chronic diseases and the dying destitutes of Mother Teresa’s homes; Participation in the struggle to change education policy and enhance teachers' compensation and the like. His involvement in personality development initiatives, exposure to classical music, journalism, dramatics, art and media, and course work in philosophy and psychology grants him a flavor and flair to connect with all people at all levels that help appreciate the dynamics of 'human universals'.

As a co-founder and a Director of his advanced healthcare product development lab, he works with a cross section of professionals highly motivated and ambitious to innovate a highly advanced application platform for inter-operable applications that address complex healthcare technology solutions.

More recently Aditya is focusing on developing a highly sophisticated Application Platform called Carefluence with a mission to empower all Healthcare applications with highly value-driven and standards based Interoperability - with more focus now on having implemented HL7 FHIR. His day-to-day endeavors in architecting EHR, Practice Management, Meaningful Use, PQRS, Medical Billing applications and the like have aided his unique perception on the needs of healthcare at the point of care and in the world of Interoperability. His current interests are in the areas of Ambulatory Care, Interoperability and Patient Engagement.
