Experience working for or with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. Deep functional expertise in one of more of the following areas:

Manufacturing strategy, CapEx planning, Manufacturing 4.0/IIoT

Responsibilities
Work in a 32-bed Neuro ICU within a Level 1 Trauma hospital
Acute care setting with critical neurological cases, including post-craniotomies and complex spine surgeries
Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:2 in ICU; telefloats may receive a 4:1 assignment
Uses Cerner EMR and Phillips monitors
12-hour night shifts with schedule including 4 weekends in a 4-week period and 2 out of 4 major holidays
Required to float to all ICU and Telemetry units, prioritized as first to float
Floor-specific orientation of 2 shifts provided
Care for neuro critical care patients requiring advanced assessments and monitoring
Flexibility to float across ICU and telemetry units as needed
Participate in SIMs lab skills validation for Foley and central line procedures, with immediate termination for breach of sterile field
Steel grey scrubs required for Neuro floors; other non-offensive colors or prints allowed elsewhere
Adherence to appearance policy: natural hair color only, no facial piercings, and men must be clean shaven for fit testing
Random standby status possible for scheduled shifts
Must successfully complete a pass/fail exam and SIMs lab on day 1
Must have personal transportation if part of a travel team
Requirements
Active AZ or compact RN license required at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a large (450+ bed) hospital required
Level 1 Trauma center experience required
Prior travel experience of at least 3-6 months required
Experience with external ventricular drains (EVD) and intracranial pressure monitoring required
Strong neuro assessment skills required
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Must pass the Dysrhythmia (DYS) exam prior to start; two attempts allowed
Passing skills verification for sterile technique (Foley catheter, central line dressing change) on day 1 of orientation is required
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility, as verified by driver's license
No previous full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with CommonSpirit facilities within the past year

What Youll Do.MAKE FUN POSSIBLE
Produce a fun and energetic experience for all players involved. From being a brand ambassador while out and about to running nightly operations for sports leagues including but not limited to field/location set up and break down, reffing/hosting the games, equipment transportation if needed, tracking scores, communicating with players, executing evening tasks, and acting as the local FACE of PHX Fray.
