What Your Days Will be Like:
As a Caregiver within our Care for Business team, you will have the opportunity to care for children of multiple families in your area! You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children under your care. Conduct Intro Calls with each family you're booked with
Care for children in their homes, typically an 8-hour day

Must be 18 years or older

Enterprise Pool 1:
* Base rate + $1.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
* 1 facility - preferred location/closest to home
* At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.
Enterprise Pool 2:
* Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
* Must be able to travel to the 5 hospitals assigned
Enterprise Pool 3:
* Base rate + $4.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
* For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change.
* Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Kansas, and Utah). Dependent on assignment, travel may be eligible for mileage reimbursement and lodging.

* De-escalation training, preferred. De-escalation required if sitting for at risk for harm to self or others within 30 days of hire or transfer
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
* Basic computer skills
* High School diploma or GED required
* BLS with the American Heart Association Required
