Under the direction and supervision of the Staffing and Client Service Managers, Home Care Aides provide direct best of class services to older adults in their homes, hospitals, day centers, skilled nursing facilities and community residential facilities. Requirements:
* Home Care Services Bureau (PER ID#) registration
* Livescan/Fingerprinting clearance; clean criminal background

* Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (2 forms of I-9 Compliant IDs; examples: Driver's License, California ID, Social Security Card; US passport)
* English language proficiency is a must
* At least 1 year of (non-medical) professional experience caring for elderly or disabled adults and/or any related caregiving experience.
Desired Qualifications:
* Basic Smartphone and technical skills
* Bilingual language proficiency in Tagalog, Spanish, Chinese or Russian languages
* Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) are highly desirable but not required
* Basic computer skills are highly advantageous but not mandated
