Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Enterprise Pool 1: * Base rate + $1.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials * 1 facility - preferred location/closest to home * At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units. Enterprise Pool 2: * Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials * Must be able to travel to the 5 hospitals assigned Enterprise Pool 3: * Base rate + $4.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials * For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change. * Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Kansas, and Utah). Dependent on assignment, travel may be eligible for mileage reimbursement and lodging.
