To be a constant companion to monitor resident assigned to you and when they leave their room be in direct line of sight. Qualifications: Must be at least 17 years old, have reliable transportation and schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Always monitor the whereabouts of assigned resident during your shift. When resident exits their room, you are to go with them to their desired destination (i.e. Walk about facility, attend activities, dining room for meals, etc.) If resident tries to touch another resident, you are to intervene immediately by redirecting them or the other resident away from the situation. Description: This Position serves as an assistant to the resident for areas of ADLs and IADLs based on the resident service plan.
