Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and approachable RN, NP, or PA with a background in aesthetics. The ideal candidate is compassionate, positive, and resourceful, with a desire to deliver safe, high-quality care and build long-term relationships with patients.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time, four-day-per-week position within 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations to assess goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, focusing on natural restoration of the patient's features.
Perform and operate devices such as CO Laser and Morpheus8, as well as chemical peels and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including before-and-after photographs.
Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure education and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.
Maintain treatment room safety and sterility at all times.
Stay current with industry trends, products, and best practices in aesthetics.
Support the business through cross-selling and upselling of complementary services.
Develop and monitor year-long treatment plans for clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Virginia.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Minimum of 6 months of hands-on aesthetics experience (cosmetic injectables and/or energy-based devices and other aesthetic treatments)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to foster lasting patient relationships.
Professional, dependable, and optimistic demeanor.
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six months related experience preferred and/or training in direct service with older adults living with dementia, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
