Qualifications
PAs: Bachelor's degree, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program, and certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician's Assistants are required. Candidate must hold an active Maryland license through the Maryland Board of Physicians.
NPs: Bachelor's degree, RN experience, and completion of Acute Nurse Practitioner degree. Candidate must hold an active Maryland license through the Maryland Board of Nursing.
One year of vascular or thoracic surgical experience is preferred.
Credentialing must be obtained from UM Capital Region Health's Medical Staff Office and maintenance of BLS /ACLS certification is required. ATLS certification preferred.
Salary is commensurate with clinical experience.

Job Summary
This part-time intermittent Residential Support Professional position is an integral part of the residential services team, providing coverage across various shifts and locations throughout Loudoun County. Part-time intermittent staff members may work up to 29-hours per week or 1,508 hours annually.

Provide support and community based residential services to adults with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Group Home and Supervised Living settings.
Advocate and apply knowledge of person-centered and recovery-oriented treatment models.
Assist and provide skill building support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, medication management, general supervision, and behavior support.
Provide input for assessing individuals' needs and be responsible for the implementation of individual service plans, documentation, and data collection.
Work to ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of the individuals served.

Responsibilities
Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
Play an active part in patients' and/or customers' education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
Utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient and/or customer's needs. Responsible for remaining up to date on product knowledge.
Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, patient and/or customer-oriented
Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
Provide necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints
Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld
Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and presence of the store is well maintained and compliant
Maintenance of hard copy files as required
Follow security measures and safety compliance procedures
Complete duties at assigned workstations, as determined by management, during scheduled shifts including:
Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS (Kiosk, In-Store, Pre-Order), Curbside, Roll Thru
Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
Maintenance: Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dispensary

Qualifications
At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs
Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
Possess valid driver's license or state ID
Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
