Remote job - Bethesda location - Great knowledge in healthcare - Empathy to patients

Cons of working at CareMetx

Firstly, only good reviews and selective few bad reviews are kept online. Multiple bad reviews are removed. - No promotion despite 4+ years of job - No work/life balance - No additional pay for working extra hours on regular basis - No clarity on immigration and wilful delays in filing important visa petitions causing foreign workers to quit or deport. Stop lying foreigners on their visas. - Can't complaint against higher management. HR won't entertain to any complaints made against bosses - Several employees in IT laid off without any heads up despite long tenure (2+ yrs) - Pay scale is 10-20% less for an expensive Bethesda location
