In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, promoting their well-being and ensuring their comfort. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and who possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be a Certified Medication Aide, having successfully completed a state approved training program and any necessary examination, and must provide documentation of such certification and show proof of state certification upon application for the position. Essential Job Functions: * Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures. * Provide direct resident care as assigned. * Complete tub baths, showers or bed baths. * Take residents to dining room and assist in feeding as assigned. * Give personal care to all residents assigned.
