Sonya Gray is a Chief Human Resources, Marketing and Communications Officer at CareSTL Health and is based in St. Louis, Missouri. She has worked as Director Human Resources at SIEMENS DIESEL SYSTEMS; Vice President Global Human Resources - NAM, ANZA, APAC and EMEA Regions at CHEP; and Global Vice President Human Resources - US and EMEA Regions at GENERAL DYNAMICS CORP. Sonya studied at Emory University between 2015 and 2020 and Benedict College.

Thomas Vu is CareSTL Health’s Chief Financial Officer and has extensive experience in a wide range of leadership, management, and advisory positions. Prior joining CareSTL Health, Thomas held various Senior Executive leadership positions with different health care organizations which he was responsible for oversight of accounting and finance operations as well as turnaround, business expansion and maintenance of the financial reporting structures. In addition to his extensive healthcare, accounting and finance background, Thomas offers broad management internal control and strategic advice to management. Thomas possesses a wealth of experience in health care including budgeting, operations, revenue cycle management, systems design, data base management, financial management and others. His success as an advisor to business is built on a foundation of considerable leadership, management and entrepreneurial experience obtained while serving as a Healthcare Executive Officer. His Total Quality Management experience can greatly accelerated a company’s effort to improve financial operations as well as internal processes.
