The Chemo Pharmacy Technician will compound IVs, answer phone calls, maintain inventory, and complete all requirements for USP 797 and USP 800. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Compounds IVs accurately. Performs all safety checks (Appropriate labeling, visually inspect) when compounding IVs. Re-stocks IV Room carts appropriately. Maintains IV room in a clean, organized manner and ensures supplies are restocked and ordered as needed. Fills automated dispensing cabinets correctly by performing all safety checks (barcode scans and visual inspection) during restock process, clears return bins on a daily basis, and fills out restock reports with 99.8% accuracy.
