The Manager, Commercial Contract Operations leads a team of approximately five employees who are responsible for ensuring contract accuracy, customer eligibility, and initial billing setup. This role provides oversight of Salesforce case queues for contract setup and maintenance, manages escalations, and partners with cross-functional teams to uphold business rules and service standards. The Manager also serves as the primary point of contact for contract support guidelines, communication and escalations with Sales and stakeholders across CARFAX, ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistent alignment across teams. This role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel and Salesforce skills, and a proven ability to analyze data, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence. What you'll be doing: Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately five specialists; set performance metrics, monitor results, and conduct evaluations. Serve as the main POC for Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders for contract support communications, escalations, and SLA reporting. Oversee daily Salesforce queue and case management for contract setup and maintenance. Ensure productivity, quality, and SLA standards are consistently met across the team. Partner with Sales and internal teams on escalated or complex contract issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Interpret and enforce business rules for contract setup; ensure the team is trained on updates and changes. Use advanced Excel and Salesforce reporting/dashboards to monitor team performance, identify trends, and provide insights to leadership. Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve stakeholder satisfaction. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Technology teams on system enhancements, automation projects, and new CRM/quoting tools. Periodically review and update business rules and training documentation to ensure compliance and consistency. What we're looking for 3-5 years of people leadership experience in contract operations, revenue operations, or financial operations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Strong Salesforce expertise in queue/case management, reporting, and dashboards. Analytical, data-driven mindset; able to translate data into actionable insights and process improvements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage effectively with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-changing environment. Experience leading process improvement initiatives and system/tool implementations. What we're looking for: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in information technology. * 4-7 years of experience in cyber incident response within an Incident Response or Security Operations Center team. * Strong understanding of security principles, practices, tools, and techniques used by cybersecurity teams. * Familiarity with security technologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, Endpoint Detect & Response, firewalls, IDS/IPS, MITRE ATT&CK, BURP Suite, Nessus, NMAP) and knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (e.g., Python, Kali Linux). * Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data from multiple security tools and sources, including IDS alerts, firewall logs, web and application logs, and network traffic, to detect Indicators of Compromise and malicious Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. * Ability to review alerts for relevancy and urgency, provide tuning recommendations, identify and respond to sophisticated threats, and conduct risk assessments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and concise risk-based reporting; ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently; eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
