working with Cargill was one of the best thing i can ever think off. yes i said was because i was working with Cargill cocoa and chocolate research west Africa as a country lead of Cameroon. i had to move over to be with my family in the US after 7 years. As an African, it was just so great to see a Company that treat all the workers with love , dignity and respect. supervisors will criticizes what you do wrong but will also appreciate what you do right and train you for future success. promotion is open to all who are capable to do the job, not about who you know or were you came from. Just that team work, interactions among workers, safety and all the advantages is what i think all will like to work with cargill. Show More
