Ensures cleanliness of classrooms: vacuums carpeted areas, sweeps and wet and dry mops floors, empties trash, cleans sinks and faucets (if applicable), cleans windows and glass on doors, dusts ledges and other surfaces as applicable, cleans shades or blinds, cleans ceiling fans.
Ensure hallways, entries, common areas and utility areas are clean: sweeps/dust mops, vacuums entryway carpets, cleans and disinfects drinking fountains, dusts ledges, display cases, cleans windows and door glass, cleans fixtures, mops floors, disinfects lockers.
Cleans office area: sweeps or vacuums floors, empties trash, dusts as needed.
Monitors the building and reports issues to the school principal or assistant principal, such as minor repairs, floor maintenance needs, carpet cleaning needs, broken windows, doors with locking issues, painting needs.
Assists with the cleaning of student illness related fluids, ensures proper clean-up and disinfection policies are followed. Follows appropriate and necessary procedures, utilizes personal protective equipment when handling any accidents.
Models' appropriate behavior and encourages students and staff to contribute to the cleanliness of the building.
Ensures custodial supply room is in order and organizes custodial inventory. Ensures supplies are on-hand, requests supply as-needed, may be responsible for receiving supplies at the building.
Removes minor debris from the grounds as-needed to ensure exterior appearance of the building is appropriate, picks up trash, etc. as-needed.
Ensures cleaning products are safely stored and used according to proper methods. Refers to Safety Data Sheets as needed.

- Following engineering prints, specifications, and routing sheets perform a variety of manufacturing, machining, fitting, assembly, and set up operations to plan and develop an array of tools, fixtures, and inspection equipment and/or repair components or equipment.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections and maintain accurate documentation on a variety of parts in accordance with ANSI Y14-5 and the certified operator program.
- Assistance may be given to other operators on proper operational procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and manufacture a variety of equipment such as tools, jigs, fixtures, master dies, molds, gauges, inspection equipment, etc., used to manufacture and/or repair components or equipment.
- Set up and operate machining and grinding equipment, and perform layout, fitting, assembly, and manufacturing operations including milling, drilling, turning, polishing, etc.
- Use existing, or develop new methods, processes, and equipment to plan and execute manufacturing and/or repair operations on equipment and components.
- May on occasion be required to develop, set up and operate prototype, sample, or experimental procedures or production lots to test newly developed production methods of tooling.
- Use a full range of hand and power tools, as well as a variety of measuring devices equipment to perform job duties and check progress and quality of work, including under black light.
- Work in conjunction with the Engineering Department to plan, develop and improve production and repair processes, parts, and equipment.
- Follow engineering prints, specifications, and/or routing sheets, in performing all planning, development, manufacturing, and repair operations, but modify and revise such prescribed procedures as required.
- Perform necessary preparatory work which involves layout. Make all necessary set ups which may involve standard or improvised holding devices. Select, install, and dress abrasive wheels most suitable for the phase of work being ground such as contours, radii, angles, etc. Interpret prints of a complex nature and layout sequence of work in most efficient manner possible. Establish proper angular table settings to perform manual forming operations on work requiring the grinding or compound radii and angles.
- Work with engineering to make or modify tooling through sketches or verbal instructions.
- Occasionally do brazing to affix inserts to tool shanks.
- Review tool room supplies, such as tooling, build materials.

Eaton's ES AMER MCO division is currently seeking a Demand Generation Strategist - Data Center. This is a hybrid role that will be located in our Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, or Beachwood, OH facility. What you'll do: The role of Demand Generation Marketing Communications Strategist is a new and exciting opportunity within the Marketing Communications team in Eaton's Electrical Sector-Americas (ES-A). This position is responsible segment and customer-focused marketing communications strategy and corresponding results in ES-A. The Demand Generation Marketing Communications Strategist will collaborate with global and regional teams to develop, localize, execute, measure and optimize marketing campaigns to support business growth.
This role will drive customer-focused, outcomes-driven marketing initiatives and requires collaboration with sales, product marketing and other marketing communications teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign activation.
In this function you will:
* Lead the planning, content strategy, deployment and measurement of regionally executed campaigns across various channels, including digital, social and experiential, to drive pipeline momentum.
* Provide insight into global segment campaigns and leverage campaign content created by the Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns CoE.
* Augment content to address regional-specific requirements and challenges that drive buyers to act.
* Lead the strategy and activation for marketing communications initiatives that engage the audience with targeted and compelling campaigns and experiences throughout the entire buying journey.
* Develop and drive the strategy for regional tradeshows and events, and lead planning meetings with stakeholders and execution teams.
Work with sales leadership to align and prioritize marketing communications activities to help achieve sales targets.
* Engage with sales operations and marketing operations to leverage CRM/PRM technologies to maximize lead flow and opportunity conversion.
* Ensure that lead follow-up and outbound sales messaging align to and support campaign content.
Analyze customer data quality, performance metrics, digital behavior and customer feedback to create a seamless experience across all channels and touchpoints, both digital and in-person.
* Monitor, analyze and continually improve campaign performance, customer engagement and the quality of leads generated to support revenue growth.
Understand all aspects of Eaton's brand promise, attributes and standards, and accurately represent Eaton in written and verbal communications.
Effectively manage budget allocations; provide accurate forecasts; process, track and reconcile expenses.
* Collaborate closely with the following global and regional teams to develop ES-A marketing communications strategies aligned with commercial goals and market positioning.
* ES-A sales team: To develop a deep understanding of the target audience, including needs/challenges/jobs to be done, ideal customer profiles, personas, buyers' journey and market trends; and to support selling efforts with relevant sales enablement tools and AQLs/MQLs
* Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns Center of Excellence (CoE): To provide input to the development of enterprise-wide campaign messaging, positioning and content
* ES-A product line marketing and product marketing communications teams: To ensure products, services and solutions that address customer challenges are properly promoted to the target audiences, including through segment integrated campaigns
* Marketing communications counterparts in Canada and LATAM: To share strategies and plans for country-specific campaign activation
* Channel marketing team: To ensure campaign messaging and assets are provided to channel partners for their marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum 10 years' experience with digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation, demand generation, account-based marketing, tradeshow and sales enablement strategy
