Job Purpose and Impact
The Food Safety Quality Regulatory Manager will lead workers and tasks in quality assurance. In this role, you will conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards and lead quality continous improvement effort. You will work with senior staff to address customer requirements and concerns, as well as collaborate on audits.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct visual and physical inspections of company products and materials, helping team members interpret quality standards.
Monitor the performance of the quality control staff and ensure that the department meets organizational objectives.
Review the work of analysts or inspectors that collect data identifying potential quality failures, evaluate quality of raw materials or components, in progress goods, processes or operations.
Monitor and evaluate current testing processes and make recommendations for improvements when necessary.
Develop, implement and assess processes and policies designed to test products and services.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Advanced technical knowledge related to quality assurance and food safety concepts
Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.

SAP experience
Two years of supervisory experience
Previous project management experience.
